THE METHOD

At Alta Club, we combine the transformative method of Lagree with an elevated studio experience. Every class is designed to build strength, improve endurance, enhance mobility and challenge your body and mind. All through low impact, high intensity movement that is safe on your joints and inclusive of all fitness levels. 

THE STUDIO

Alta Club is a modern boutique fitness studio in Bushwick, NY, created for those seeking intentional movement in a welcoming, inclusive and supportive environment. Whether its your first class or your hundreth, our instructors are comitted to helping you move with confidence while becoming part of a strong community. 

STUDIO POLICIES

We want every class to provide the best experience for all members.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first class for a studio introduction.

Grip socks are required and available for purchase if needed.

Late arrivals will not be admitted 5 minutes after the start of class and fofeit the class credit or may be charged applicable fees.

Cancel at least 12 hours before start of class to avoid fees.

No-shows are subject to the studios cancellation policy.

Please silence phones before start of class.

Recording is prohibited unless written permission is obtained for studio owner.

Be kind respectful and help us maintain a welcoming space for everyone.
